We are very excited to invite you to join us for our second quinquennial party! We'll update this webpage to provide more details closer to the event, but please refer to the Q&A below for now.
What is this?
This is the second in a series of recurring parties that we will hold once every five years in an effort to get our friends and families together to have some fun. Every five years we'll do the same thing, but in a different place.
The party will begin with a cocktail hour followed by dinner and dancing.
Who is invited?
You and plenty of other fun people, but no kids. Feel free to bring your under 21-year-old kids to San Miguel de Allende, but DO NOT bring them to the party. This rule is firm.
If you'd like a +1 that hasn't already been invited, let us know!
Why are you doing this?
You live once (we think). If we can get 4 of you to also throw quinquennials we'll get to party every year!
When is the party?
The party will be on Saturday, June 12, 2027 beginning around 6:00 pm. We encourage you to come enjoy San Miguel de Allende for as long as you desire. Jamie and Jeremy will be there from Thursday, June 10 to Sunday, June 13 and we'll share some fun ideas of things we can do together or separately during that time.
Where is this party being held?
This is still being negotiated and we'll notify you once it is finalized.
What should I wear?
Dress to the 9s. Black-tie with some Mexican flair. In clear terms, we encourage tuxedos or suits for men and cocktail dresses for women. The party will be outdoors.
Where should I stay?
We are negotiating a room block and we'll notify you once that is available. San Miguel de Allende has many options for hotels and AirBnBs if you wish to stay elsewhere.
How do I get there?
We recommend flying into Quereterro (QRO) or Guanajuato (BJX) Airports. The drive from those airports to San Miguel de Allende is about 1.5 hours. We recommend arranging a private car or taking an Uber from the airport. You're all adults, you'll figure it out.
Should I get you a gift?
No.
